A defined piece of work with a clear brief, a start date, and an end date — for when the problem is bigger than one call.
What this looks like
Projects start with a short scoping call to agree the brief, the deliverable, and a timeline. From there I work independently, with a check-in partway through and a final handover at the end. Typical projects: building a reporting pipeline, auditing and cleaning up a messy dataset, setting up dashboards for a launch, or building an Excel tool a non-technical team can run itself.

- One midpoint check-in to review progress and adjust course

- A handover session and short documentation so you're not reliant on me
- Two weeks of email support after delivery for small fixes

per project, fixed fee
Final pricing depends on scope and is agreed upfront after the scoping call — no surprise invoices partway through.
