What this looks like
Retainers suit teams with recurring or evolving needs: dashboards that need regular upkeep, reporting that changes as the business does, or just wanting a data person on call without hiring one. We agree a monthly hour allowance and a regular check-in slot, and I carry context forward month to month instead of re-scoping from scratch each time.
